The Locations

From the airport

If you're flying into DFW or LOV (Lovefield) you can Uber (Expect $120ish) or can rent a car. Cars are useful for the event as we travel from lodging to camp locations and freedom of movement is yours if you wish.

If you don't get a car we will have 15-passenger Vans shuttling you to and from or you can catch rides with fellow campers.

From Tanglewood Resort expect travel time to take roughly 25 minutes. There is NO planned road construction on the route.

Gate Code for entry will be given at Camp Kickoff Dinner.

There are changing rooms, an outside rinse shower, and portajohns on site. There is also a permanent sand volleyball court, reserved shade shelters, and Kayaks to rent by the hour (additional cost if you want to do this).

Pontoon boats will be running back and forth to the island from here until 3 pm.

Look for Camp Flags

We will have an open Pasta Bar and farewell dinner to mark the end of camp activities. Feel free to come straight from the lake with a change of clothes (changing rooms available) or head over after a little reprieve from the lake.

Dinner and drinks will start at 1830 (6:30 pm) and the open bar will run until the last call at 2100 (9:00 pm).

Presentation and final remarks will be made at approximately 2000 (8 pm).
